GROUPS
10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34,

TEAMS
A team can be any number of people as long as you
have at least 5 members. There are no limits for
the number of team members. There are also no restrictions
to the make up of your team; it can be friends,
family, co-workers or any other combination.
