Y.O.L.O. of Darke County, Inc., founded by Phillip and
Jodi Pierri, strives to continuously improve the community
while also bringing together high energy people to promote
healthy lifestyles and embrace living life to the fullest.

because of their passion for giving back. The
goal of Y.O.L.O. of Darke County, Inc. is to bring together
high energy individuals with a goal of living life to
the fullest and giving back. The YOLO Community Fund was
established with the goal of maintaining a fund that will
be able to perpetually give back to the community in ways
for which its members will be proud. All proceeds from
Y.O.L.O. of Darke County, Inc. events will be deposited
into this fund. The Y.O.L.O of Darke County, Inc is a
non-profit organization and any donation is tax deductible.

events that Y.O.L.O. of Darke County, Inc. hosts are the
YOLO Festival of Races
and the Poultry Days 5K.
first goal of the fund is to help build a
community urban park in downtown Greenville and an
in Heritage Park in Versailles. Proceeds from the YOLO
Festival of Races will benefit the urban park and proceeds
from the Poultry Days 5K will benefit the outdoor amphitheatre.
Phillip, a native of Greenville,
Ohio, and Jodi, a native of Chickasaw, Ohio, were married
on February 1, 2003 and have lived in Darke County since
graduating from college. They have 4 children: Mason,
Hudson, Chloe and Brady. Phillip is the manager of Zechar
Bailey Funeral Homes in Greenville and Versailles. He
is currently a member and past president of the Greenville
Rotary Club and also a Board Member for Main Street Greenville,
Darke County Chamber of Commerce and Bridges to College.
In addition, Phillip is the founder of Zechar Bailey’s
Team YOLO. Jodi works as a Financial Officer at Wright-Patterson
Air Force Base. Both Jodi and Phillip are members of the
YMCA of Darke County as well as St. Mary’s Catholic
